The Ritz- Carlton Hotel

I’ve been reading a book named “The New Gold Standard.” It’s a great book about the best customer service approaches and principles of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel company. Their principles have been used throughout restaurants, hotels, including Steve Jobs.

The Ritz principles has benefited many companies in gaining loyal customers and being recognized for their customer service experience.
